One barrister, Anthony Edwards, is dually qualified with a degree in construction. Recent work includes advice, drafting and representation in adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation on matters concerning amongst other matters; Extension of Time, Liquidated & Ascertained Damages, Delay & Disruption, Loss & Expense claims, Ground conditions, Prolongation claims, Breach of Contract, Misrepresentation, Professional Negligence, Defective Premises, General Property and Contract interpretation. Members of chambers have experience in disputes arising from; Mechanical & Electrical, Bridges, Water Treatment Plants, Petro Chemical, Rail, Energy, Roads, Building, Engineering and Housing projects. Members have acted for and against Employers, Principal Contractors, Sub-contractors and Professionals. Members have experience amongst other standard forms of contract; JCT, FIDIC, ICE NEC and associated sub-contract forms. |

Adjudication : Acting for either the Referring or the Responding party, members of chambers have advised and drafted; Referrals and Responses and represented parties in adjudication meetings. Advising and representing parties in adjudication enforcements. Some members have acted as the Adjudicator in disputes. |

Arbitration : Acting for either the Claimant or the Respondent members of chambers have advised, drafted pleadings and made representations at preliminary meetings, interlocutory and substantive hearings. | |
Mediation : Acting for either the Claimant or the Defendant members of chambers have advised, drafted and represented parties at mediation. Certain members of chambers are registered lead Mediators and are on the following panels; CEDR, TecSA, Bar Council, Association of Northern Mediators. | |
Litigation : Acting for both the Claimant and the Defendant members of chambers have advised, drafted and represented parties in the Technology & Construction Courts. |
