Summary of Practice
|
Practice areas include all aspects of Town and Country Planning and Highway Law including appeals, judicial review and public inquiries as well as enforcement of planning control, also special interest in footpaths and rights of way.
Other practice areas are: Insolvency, landlord and tenant and general property work including boundary disputes, commercial disputes especially sale and carriage of goods and consumer credit.
