Regularly instructed on a full range of construction related matters, acting for end users, main contractors, sub-contractors and material suppliers. Appears frequently in the TCC on claims ranging from disputes concerning work undertaken to residential properties to high value disputes arising from major construction projects.

Also litigates matters by means of arbitration and adjudication.

Summary of Practice
Employment practice is related to disputes concerning the departure of employees and directors from companies, partnerships and other businesses. As such he advises upon springboard injunctions and claims relating to abuse of confidential information, return of company property, the enforcement of restrictive covenants and other related matters.  Also advises on disputes concerning agency agreements and the Commercial Agents Regulations.
